Orders are always sent by registered mail, which requires a signature upon delivery. We recommend that you indicate an address where someone can do it.
Although we use all available means to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
We accept exchanges and returns as long as requested to email@example.com and within 15 days of purchase. The part(s) must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and stating the reason for the return. To avoid misplacement, exchanges and returns should be sent by registered post. Courier charges are the responsibility of the customer and we do not accept shipping charges.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error, the postage will be returned. If a refund occurs, it will be made in the same manner as the payment was made and if all conditions of return of the product are verified.
